Once you have submitted a successful application, you'll see the policy number in your account's transaction history. If it's pending, the only place you can see the number on the app is the policy submission screen. If you've already submitted it, look out for an email or SMS notification within 3 working days. That's because your policy document contains personal details that may be private to you. The password is the last 5 digits of your NRIC followed by your date of birth (DDMMMYY). For example: '1234A12JAN85'.
