UOB Mobile Cash is an innovative way to transfer money securely via any mobile number. The received money can be withdrawn from any UOB ATM (without an ATM card), credited into a UOB account, or used to top up a NETS FlashPay or NETS CashCard.

3 ways to receive Mobile Cash:

Adding your payee

Before sending an instruction, you'll first need to add a payee. Here's how:

Step 1

Log in to UOB Personal Internet Banking with 2FA and select Pay and Transfer > Funds Transfer. Select the "Mobile Cash" tab.
Click on the "+ Add Payee" button to add payee.

Step 2

Enter the payee details and click Submit.

Step 3

Complete the onscreen instructions for transaction signing. You'd need your SecurePlus token to do this.

Step 4

You have now successfully added a payee.

Enter the payee details and click Submit.

Step 4

You have now successfully added a payee.

Login to UOB Personal Internet Banking with 2FA and select Pay and Transfer > Funds Transfer. Select the "Mobile Cash" tab.

Select a recipient.

Enter the transaction details and click Submit.

Verify the transaction details and click Confirm.

You have sucessfully sent a Mobile Cash.

You can view, edit or cancel your Mobile Cash instructions using these icons.

How to pay via UOB TMRW:
	Step 1: Press any key at the ATM.
	Step 2: Select "Cash Withdrawal".
	Step 3: Select a language, then enter the Mobile Cash transaction reference number sent to the recipient's mobile via SMS followed by the Withdrawal Password shared by the sender.
	Step 4: Enter the SMS-OTP sent to your mobile.
	Step 5: Collect the cash from the ATM after successful verification – no ATM card required!

How to pay via UOB TMRW:
	Step 1: Press any key at the ATM.
	Step 2: Select your preferred option for "NETS CashCard Top-Up" or "NETS FlashPay Top-Up and accept the terms and conditions."
	Step 3: For NETS Cashcard or NETS FlashPay card top-up, please insert your NETS CashCard into the ATM slot or place your NETS FlashPay card on the reader for validation and top-up.

	Step 4: Select a language, then enter the Mobile Cash transaction reference number sent to the recipient's mobile via SMS followed by the Withdrawal Password shared by the sender.
	Step 5: Enter the SMS-OTP sent to your mobile
	Step 6: Collect the NETS CashCard or NETS FlashPay from the ATM after successful verification – no ATM card required!

How to pay via UOB TMRW:
	Step 1: Once you have received the SMS informing you of a Mobile Cash payment, please visit our UOB Mobile Cash page and login with your UOB Internet Banking details.
	Step 2: After logging in, you will be presented with the Mobile Cash Credit screen prompting you to login with the details provided in the SMS message. Select the UOB account you would like to credit to.
	Step 3: Please confirm the details submitted.
	Step 4: A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone as final verification to proceed. Please key in this OTP and click on "submit" to complete the transaction.
	Step 5: Your transaction is now complete. You may continue with other UOB Internet Banking activities or "Logout" to close.
