We are enhancing UOB Personal Internet Banking to continue to bring you a more modern, intuitive and seamless banking experience. This refresh is part of our ongoing commitment to make your digital banking journey simpler, faster and more convenient.

You may access the refreshed UOB Personal Internet Banking here. Alternatively, visit the UOB official website and log in as usual.

There will be no changes to how you log in. You can continue using your existing username and password, followed by authentication via:

  • Push notification (approve using UOB TMRW), or
  • Physical token

No, there is no impact to your existing setup. All your saved payees, billers, as well as scheduled transfers and payments, will be automatically migrated to the refreshed UOB Personal Internet Banking.

Most of the features you currently use will continue to be available in the refreshed experience. Our core banking services remain unchanged, now presented in a more modern and intuitive layout to enhance usability.

To provide a cleaner and more streamlined experience, a small number of legacy features with low usage will be discontinued. These include:

  • Pay and Transfer
    • My Activity
    • Funds transfer to multiple payees
    • Incoming funds transfer
    • Favourite payees
  • Edit Mailing Address for specific account(s) only
  • UOB Rewards Redemption

These will not be available in the refreshed UOB Personal Internet Banking.

Upon discontinuation of these features, you may use the following alternatives:​

You may continue to use these features on the existing UOB Personal Internet Banking until further notice. Please visit our website regularly for the latest updates.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your digital banking experience, the following features are temporary unavailable in the refreshed UOB Personal Internet Banking:

  • Manage Shortcuts on dashboard
  • Manage Lady’s Card reward categories
  • Email/phone instruction indemnity

These features will be progressively introduced. We appreciate your patience as we continue to enhance your Personal Internet Banking experience.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the CPF Investment Scheme and CPF Retirement Sum Scheme are aggregated and separately insured up to S$100,000 for each depositor per Scheme member. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
