4. Cancellations/ refunds will not be accepted except in the following scenarios:
   a) The patient is medically unable to complete the service
   b) System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors
   c) DA is unable to provide the service purchased
5. Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date. Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations/refunds as long as the service has started.
6. DA Marketplace does not allow for any cancellations due to a change of mind.
7. Stated rates are not inclusive of additional add-ons. Listed prices, contents of the health screening packages, and terms are subject to changes by Doctor Anywhere without prior notice.
8. Rates are not applicable with other corporate programs, ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.
