^Financing is not available to persons and their immediate family members who are Japanese nationals, Japanese residents, who reside, intend to reside or shall reside in Japan, or hold temporary residency (of more than 6 months), permanent residency or bridging visas for Japan, or work in Japan and have spent or will spend 6 months or more in Japan after entering Japan.
