Important insights usually only disappear after you tap on them to learn more. Sometimes, they'll also disappear when newer insights are available – this usually happens if you're active on your account.
UOB Insights estimates your cash flow based on your transactions over the past 6 months. They are thus meant to be taken as guides, not hard facts.
As UOB Insights only looks at your transactions over the past 6 months, any merchant will be considered new if you haven't visited that merchant in that time frame. Also, each merchant branch is registered individually.
Rewards have their own exclusions and timeframes. To see the rewards you have, go to 'Rewards+' > 'My Rewards'. UOB Insights isn't meant to be a rewards tracker; it's main purpose is to help you understand your finances better.
