  1. Who is eligible to apply for InsureHealth?

    Adult Plan:
    Singaporeans, Permanent Residents or foreigners who are residents of Singapore holding valid Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependent Pass issued by the authorities in Singapore are eligible.

    The enrolment age is 18 to 60 years old and renewable up to 65 years old.

    Junior Plan:
    Singaporeans, Permanent Residents or foreigners who are residents of Singapore holding valid Employment Pass or Work Permit issued by the authorities in Singapore are eligible to apply for their child.

    The enrolment age for the child is 2 months to 19 years old and renewable up to 21 years old, provided the child is still fully a dependant.

    Senior Plan:
    Singaporeans, Permanent Residents or foreigners who are residents of Singapore holding valid Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependent Pass issued by the authorities in Singapore are eligible.

    The enrolment age is 55 to 70 years old and renewable up to 80 years old.

  2. Will InsureCare cover me if I am overseas?
    Yes, InsureCare provides worldwide coverage, which means you will be covered if you meet with an accident even while you are overseas.

  3. Do I need to undergo a medical check-up to purchase InsureCare?
    No medical check-up is required.
  1. How does InsureCare define 'Accident'?
    'Accident' is defined as a sudden, unforeseen or fortuitous event.

  2. Does InsureCare pay on top of other insurance policies I have?
    Yes, InsureCare pays for Personal Accident benefits on top of your existing insurance policies, including your company's insurance coverage.

  3. Will I be covered if I'm hospitalised due to to dengue fever, Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease?
    Yes, you will be covered for the applicable benefits if you are hospitalised due to dengue fever, Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease. There will be a waiting period of fourteen (14) days after the policy is incepted during which coverage does not apply.

  4. Is COVID-19 on the list of infectious diseases covered?
    InsureCare does not cover any claim related to COVID-19. For the full list of Infectious Diseases, please refer to the Policy Wording.

  5. How do I qualify for the complimentary coverage for my child under InsureCare – Adult?
    Both parents (the Insured Person and his/her spouse) will need to purchase InsureCare - Adult at the same time to enjoy the complimentary coverage for Child.
  1. How do I make a claim?

    Please complete the claim form with the relevant supporting documents within thirty (30) days from the date of accident.

    Upon receipt of all the relevant supporting documents, it will typically take ten (10) working days to complete the claim assessment.
