Applicable only if you purchase this travel insurance plan within 7 days of making your initial payment or deposit for your trip.

  3. I'm taking part in adventure sports overseas e.g. skiing, scuba diving or trekking, will I be covered?
We offer you the option of extending coverage to include the following high-risk activities under our optional Adventure Sports cover.

The policy will cover regular sports and activities such as tennis, basketball, cycling, golf, running, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking up to 1,500m in altitude without opting for the Adventure Sports cover.

  4. I’m bringing my sports equipment on my trip; will my equipment be covered?

  12. Should I buy an Annual Multi-Trip policy?
If you’re a frequent traveller who travel more than 3 times a year, we highly recommend that you purchase an Annual Multi-Trip policy, as it is more cost-effective and convenient. The policy is issued for a year, allowing you to make an unlimited number of trips (not exceeding 90 days consecutively) to the selected geographical area.

  13. I plan to travel to multiple countries over the course of a year. Which geographical area should I select for an Annual Multi-Trip policy?
Please select the geographical area based on the furthest country you intend to travel to.

  14. If I cancel my policy after purchasing it online, am I eligible for a refund?
For a Single Trip policy, we will refund the premium paid less a minimum premium of $25 per insured person for Individual Plan and $25 per Family Plan. We will not refund any amount less than $5. No refund of premium will be made if the trip has commenced, or any claim is made under the policy issued.

For an Annual Multi-Trip policy, at least 30 days written notice must be submitted to us, and the premium refund will be based on the short period rates stated in the policy, provided no claim is made prior to the policy cancellation. Any premium refund will be made to the payment card used at the time of purchase.

  15. How can I make payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards.
