  • How do you handle my personal information?
    We are committed to maintaining the highest standard on privacy practices. We and our partners will never sell, rent or loan any personal information that you share with us.

    We will never request for your password or PIN over the phone, email or SMS. Your password and PIN are private to you – Never reveal them to anyone.
  • What is the fraud policy for Pay with UOB Mighty?
    If you notice something amiss, you can call our customer hotline at 1800 222 2121 (Calling from local) or (65) 6222 2121 (Calling from overseas) to block your digitised card right away.

    If your mobile device is lost or stolen, your liability will be limited to S$100.00 but only if you take all of the following steps:
    • You immediately notify us of the loss or theft of your mobile device or the disclosure of your wallet PIN;
    • You take all reasonable steps to help recover or stop the use of the digitised card(s) and wallet PIN;
    • You give us a police report or a legal document called a statutory declaration in the form approved by us and any other document or information we require; and
    • You have established, and we are satisfied that, you have not by your acts or omissions (directly or indirectly) caused or contributed to the occurrence of the loss, theft or disclosure of the wallet PIN and the loss, theft of your mobile device or disclosure of the wallet PIN is not due to your negligence, fraudulent act or default.

  • Who can Bank with UOB Mighty?
    All UOB customers holding at least one of the following accounts can bank with UOB Mighty:
    • Current or Savings Account(s)
    • Fixed or Structured Deposit(s)
    • Investment Account(s) – High Yield, Wealth Premium, CPF Investment, Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) and Unit Trust(s)
    • Credit Card(s)
    • CashPlus or any other Loan(s)

    Your device must also be able to run UOB Mighty. UOB Mighty runs on any iOS device with iOS8.0 or higher or an Android device running 4.3 or higher. Click here to view the list of devices tested with UOB Mighty.

  • Are there any charges to bank with UOB Mighty?
    No. There are no additional charges when using UOB Mighty to bank.

    The use of certain banking services including but not limited to making a cash advance transfer or a foreign currency transfer will incur existing fees.
  • Who can sign up for Mighty Secure?
    All UOB customers with Personal Internet Banking and a SecurePlus token can sign up for Mighty Secure. You would need the SecurePlus token during the registration process.

  • What do I do if I forget my Mighty Secure PIN?
    You would need to remove Mighty Secure from your mobile device and register again.

  • Do I still need to keep my SecurePlus token?
    Yes, your SecurePlus token is still required when you access Personal Internet Banking through internet browser.

  • How many devices can I register for Mighty Secure?
    Each UOB customer can only register 1 device for Mighty Secure. When you register a new device for Mighty Secure, the old device will be deregistered from Mighty Secure automatically.

  • What do I do if I lose my mobile device?
    All you need is to sign up for Mighty Secure on a new device and the Mighty Secure on your old device will be deregistered automatically. If you do not have a new mobile device, you can call us at 1800 222 2121 (Calling from local) or (65) 6222 2121 (Calling from overseas) and our customer service agent will be able to assist you in deregistering your lost device for Mighty Secure.

  • How do I remove Mighty Secure from my mobile device?
    Just tap on "Secure" and then "Remove Mighty Secure". Tap "Yes" when prompted to confirm.

  • How do I change the Mighty Secure PIN on my mobile device?
    Just tap on "Secure" and then "Change Mighty Secure PIN". Enter current Mighty Secure PIN, new Mighty Secure PIN and confirm new Mighty Secure PIN.

  • Are there any charges for Mighty Secure?
    No, there are no additional charges for using Mighty Secure.

 

  • Who can Dine with Mighty?
    All users who have downloaded UOB Mighty can use the dining experience. You will be invited to rate a restaurant only if you have dined at the restaurant. To qualify to rate and review, you need to:
    • Sign into Personal Internet Banking through UOB Mighty at least once; and
    • Pay at the restaurant using a participating UOB Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.

    Your device must also be able to run UOB Mighty. UOB Mighty runs on any iOS device with iOS8.0 or higher or an Android device running 4.3 or higher.

  • Are there any fees to use Dine via UOB Mighty?
    No, the use of the dining features of UOB Mighty is free of charge.

    You can search, book and review a restaurant with UOB Mighty at no additional cost.
  • Who can Pay with Mighty?
    All UOB customers holding at least one supported UOB Mastercard or Visa debit, credit and ATM cards, issued by UOB in Singapore, can pay with UOB Mighty or Apple Pay.

    Android Devices - Pay with UOB Mighty is compatible with Android devices with NFC Support, running 4.4 or higher. Asus devices running on X86 processors are not supported.

    iOS Devices - Apple Pay is compatible with iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone SE (not valid for UOB ATM Cards).

  • Are there charges to Pay with UOB Mighty?
    No. There are no charges applicable when using UOB Mighty to pay. However, interest, fees and charges to your card still apply.

  • The cards I previously enrolled with Mighty Pay is missing
    We have enhanced Mighty Pay to allow payments without your wallet pin and contactless cash withdrawals from selected UOB ATMs. With the enhancements, you will need to add your UOB Credit/ Debit card(s) again.
