Health screening

The complimentary health screening will be conducted within a dedicated space at Wellness@UOB (Orchard Branch and Upper Bukit Timah Branch). A trained health personnel from Fullerton Health will administer the health screening process.

The complimentary health screening provided by Fullerton Health includes the following:

  1. [Only applicable for Wellness@Orchard] Health questionnaire to understand your health history, lifestyle, etc.
  2. Clinical measurements including essential biometrics like blood pressure, blood sugar, Body Mass Index (BMI), and heart rate.
  3. [Only applicable for Wellness@Orchard] Onsite point-of-care lab testing for HbA1c (diabetes).
  4. [Only applicable for Wellness@Upper Bukit Timah] Oxygen Saturation and Body Temperature.
  5. Basic medical report.
  6. Teleconsultation follow-up review with a Fullerton Health doctor.

The health screening process is expected take around 20 to 30 minutes, including the preparation of a basic medical report (excluding waiting time and consultation).

While there is usually no age limit for general health screenings, it is not recommended for persons below 18 years of age as we understand that the range references for the blood tests are not relevant to them. However, should persons below 18 still wish to proceed, only basic clinical measurements like blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) and heart rate will be taken.

Please bring along your NRIC for verification and registration.

No fasting is required for the complimentary health screening though you are advised to avoid caffeinated products at least 30 minutes prior to the blood pressure reading.
If you are consuming any medication, you may proceed as normal.

Yes, a copy of the health screening report will be provided to you.

In addition, a complimentary teleconsultation with a Fullerton Health doctor for health review and recommendations based on your screening results can also be arranged at your convenience.

For a more comprehensive health screening, Fullerton Health has specially curated a range of health screening packages for Wellness@UOB customers at special rates. The Fullerton Health nurse will be able to share more about these health screening packages.

Both UOB and Fullerton Health are governed by strict PDPA regulations. The health screening is provided by Fullerton Health as a separate external third-party service provider that is independent and beyond the control of UOB. UOB will not have access to customers’ health screening reports with Fullerton Health. Likewise, Fullerton Health will also not have access to UOB customers’ personal information.
