Who can I contact for enquires relating to Wellness@UOB?
Health screening
What is included in the complimentary health screening and how will it be conducted?
The complimentary health screening will be conducted within a dedicated space at Wellness@UOB (Upper Bukit Timah Branch). A trained health personnel from Fullerton Health will administer the health screening process.
The complimentary health screening provided by Fullerton Health includes the following:
- Clinical measurements including essential biometrics like blood pressure, blood sugar, Body Mass Index (BMI), and heart rate.
- Oxygen Saturation and Body Temperature.
- Basic medical report.
- Teleconsultation follow-up review with a Fullerton Health doctor.
What is the estimated duration of each health screening session?
The health screening process is expected take around 20 to 30 minutes, including the preparation of a basic medical report (excluding waiting time and consultation).
What is the age eligibility for the health screening?
While there is usually no age limit for general health screenings, it is not recommended for persons below 18 years of age as we understand that the range references for the blood tests are not relevant to them. However, should persons below 18 still wish to proceed, only basic clinical measurements like blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) and heart rate will be taken.
What do I need to bring for the health screening?
Please bring along your NRIC for verification and registration.
What do I need to take note of before the health screening?
No fasting is required for the complimentary health screening though you are advised to avoid caffeinated products at least 30 minutes prior to the blood pressure reading.
If you are consuming any medication, you may proceed as normal.
Will I have access to my health screening report?
Yes, a copy of the health screening report will be provided to you.
In addition, a complimentary teleconsultation with a Fullerton Health doctor for health review and recommendations based on your screening results can also be arranged at your convenience.
How can I sign up for a more comprehensive health screening?
For a more comprehensive health screening, Fullerton Health has specially curated a range of health screening packages for Wellness@UOB customers at special rates. The Fullerton Health personnel will be able to share more about these health screening packages.
