Sustainable living with Charlotte Mei
Growing up, Charlotte Mei watched her father save mails printed on one side to reuse as scrap paper. This, and other sustainable habits she observed of her Dad, left an indelible mark and made her realise how small steps can go a long way in helping conserve the environment.
Today, the nutritionist is a sustainability advocate who grows her own vegetables, saves food scraps for composting, and—yes—reuses mail paper as notebooks.
She shares tips on how we can live sustainably through our everyday choices.
