The Lucky Draw will be held on 17 June 2026, 3pm, and a total of 163 winners will be randomly selected during the Lucky Draw. The winners will be notified of the prize that they have won within 7 calendar days from the Draw date. Chances will be awarded based on the number of Eligible Transactions made. “Eligible Transactions” refer to (i) PayNow Transaction, (ii) Scan to Pay Transaction, (iii) Bill Payment Transaction or (iv) PayNow registration by linking a valid UOB account with your NRIC or Singapore mobile number. It is a limited-time campaign where UOB customers can play the UOB TMRW Disney Adventure-themed Bubble Quest (“Game”) on the UOB TMRW app and earn rewards such as weekly cash credit or lucky draw prizes.

Q8. Can I combine Coins with lucky draw chances?

No. Coins earned from the Game cannot be combined with lucky draw chances earned from performing Eligible Transactions. They are used for different rewards.

Q10. How will I know if I won a prize?

The S$5 Cash Credit will be credited automatically within 6 weeks from the end of the Campaign Period to your UOB account with the highest account balance at the time of crediting.

Lucky draw winners will be notified within 7 days from the Draw date of 17 June 2026.

Q12. Why have my Coins disappeared from the game site?

Coins automatically expire at the end of each Campaign Week and reset to zero. Unused Coins are forfeited.

Q13. I entered a different mobile number during registration. Will this affect my prizes?

Yes. If the mobile number that you used for registration does not match your mobile number in UOB’s records at the time of verification, any

prizes you have won under this promotion will be forfeited.

Q14. I cannot play the game. What should I do?

Please ensure:

• You have updated the UOB TMRW app
• You access the game only via the official UOB TMRW Disney Adventure-themed Bubble Quest banner on Rewards+

Q15. When and where will the lucky draw be held?

The draw will take place on 17 June 2026, at 3 PM (Singapore time), at 80 Raffles Place, UOB Plaza, Singapore 048624 (or another venue/date/time determined by UOB).
The draw will be conducted using an electronic system and witnessed by an external auditor.

Q16. Will the winners be announced publicly?

Yes. The winners’ full names and partially masked NRIC/ID numbers will be published on uob.com.sg/tmrw within 7 calendar days from the draw date.

Q17. What if I don’t redeem my prize in time?

If a prize is not claimed within the redemption period stated in the applicable redemption EDM or SMS , it will be forfeited.

Q18. What if a winner is disqualified or uncontactable?

UOB may draw Reserve Winners to replace any winner who is disqualified, uncontactable, or unable to claim the prize.

Q19. What does the 3-night Disney Cruise Line Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah prize include?

The prize includes a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah onboard the Disney Adventure, sailing from 7 December to 10 December 2026.

• The sailing date is fixed and cannot be changed.
• The stateroom can accommodate up to 4 guests.
• The prize covers the winner and 1 guest.
• Additional guests (up to 2 more) may join the sailing, subject to additional charges payable by the winner.

Q20. Will I need to pay for anything if I win the Cruise Prize?

Yes. The winner will be responsible for all additional costs not covered as part of the prize. These include (but are not limited to):

• Travel to and from Singapore to board the cruise
• Travel insurance, visas, and other required documents
• Any upgrades, add-on options, or additional guests
• All onboard expenses, such as dining upgrades, activities, merchandise, or personal spending
• A S$60 (exclusive of GST) service charge payable to UOB Travel Planners Pte Ltd (UOB’s appointed travel agent) for handling the redemption of the prize

Q21. If I cannot sail on the fixed cruise date, can I transfer or reschedule the prize?

No. The cruise is strictly scheduled for 7–10 December 2026, and the date cannot be changed.
If the Winner cannot travel on that date for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner.
The prize is also not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.

Q22. Are prizes transferable or exchangeable?

No. All prizes are strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items. Lost or damaged prizes will not be replaced.

Q23. Can UOB change the prizes?

Yes. UOB may substitute prizes with items of similar value at its discretion without prior notice.

Q24. What happens if I close my account or PayNow before prize fulfilment?

You will be disqualified, and your prize will be forfeited.

Q25. Who should I contact for issues with the prize?

For Disney Cruise Line prizes, disputes must be resolved directly with Disney.
For third-party prizes, disputes must be resolved directly with the merchant.
