“Promotion” means this UOB TMRW EHONGBAO 2026 PROMOTION. To participate in the Promotion during the Campaign Period (15 January to 10 March 2026), you must be an eligible customer and must successfully perform at least 5 PayNow or Scan to pay transactions of a minimum amount of S$0.01 each (each, a “Qualifying Transaction”) during a Qualifying Transaction Period within the Campaign Period. If you fulfil the above criteria during a Qualifying Transaction Period, you will receive 10 (ten) chances to play the UOB TMRW Hong Bao Game (“Game” and each chance to play in the Game, a “Game Try”) for that Qualifying Transaction Period. The Game can only be played in the dedicated microsite for this Promotion accessible via the Rewards+ section in the UOB TMRW app (the “Game Site”). You shall be entitled to a maximum of 10 (ten) Game Tries per Qualifying Transaction Period regardless of the number of Qualifying Transaction(s) you made during a Qualifying Transaction Period.  All Prizes won may be subject to verification of your eligibility and confirmation of your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion by UOB, based on UOB’s absolute discretion.

Eligibility

Q1: How many game plays can a customer earn during the promotion period?
A: Customer can earn a total of 70 game plays if he qualifies for every campaign week (10 game plays per week X 7 campaign weeks).

Q2: Do all QR payments qualify as "Scan to pay" under this Promotion?
A: No, only PayNow UEN and NETS QR codes are accepted. Should payment be made using a non-NETS QR code (e.g., Alipay QR code, FavePay QR code, ShopBack QR code) or UOB card, the transaction will not qualify for this promotion.

Q3: Must a customer be a user of UOB TMRW to enjoy this promotion?
A: Yes, this promotion is open to all UOB TMRW users in Singapore. For all new UOB customers, they may sign up for UOB Current/Savings Account and apply for UOB TMRW.

Q4: Where and when do I get the Game Token?
A: If you are eligible to receive the Game Token, the game token will be available via your insight cards in UOB TMRW. After logging into UOB TMRW, tap on “View all insights”. The respective Game Tokens will be available via insights cards based on the following schedule:

All Game Tokens are valid till 10 March 2026 which is the end date of campaign, and also the last date to play any games customer already accumulated.

Prize

Q5: Will all prizes be available throughout the campaign period?
A: Yes all prizes are available from the start of campaign period on a whilst stocks last basis. For the Plushie Charm, the specific design is redeemable on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks last and subject to availability. UOB shall not be required to notify and/or update on the stock availability of the different types of Plushie Charm(s).

Q6: How will the redemption center check my eligibility when collecting my prize?
A: Customer will be required to provide the redemption code (via game site for Plushie Charm(s) and SMS for mobile phone), the last 4 digits of their mobile number to aid in record-keeping of collections completed.

Q7: Where can I see the Plushie Charm(s)?
A: You may view the Plushie Charm(s) at the following branches:

• UOB Main Branch
• UOB Tampines
• UOB Lot One
• UOB Orchard (Plaza Singapura)
• UOB Northpoint
• UOB Clementi
• UOB Hangout @ Singapore Polytechnic
• UOB Jurong Point

However the stock availability at redemption center is while stocks last, so play and redeem early to avoid disappointment.

Q8: How can an eligible customer collect the Plushie Charm(s)?
A: From his prize log within the game (tap on “My Prizes”), he will be able to locate the unique redemption code and collection details. The information will be available from the game until 24 March 2026 (last day for collection).

Q9: How can an eligible customer collect the Cash Credit?
A: No further action is required from the customer once he makes the qualifying transaction. Should he be eligible, the cashback will be credited and reflected in his UOB bank account (which shall be the same account from which the transaction was made during the campaign period) within 6 weeks after the end of campaign (10 Mar 2026). Eligible customers are responsible for ensuring that their UOB account is valid and existing, not blocked from use, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner (as determined by UOB at its sole discretion) at the time of crediting.

Q10: How can a customer identify that he has received his cashback for his qualifying entry in this promotion?
A: Any successful crediting will appear in his statement as “UOB TMRW EHONGBAO’26”.

An advice will be sent to him at his provided address a week after the crediting to notify him of the same.

Q11: Is there a cap on the number of gifts a customer can win?
A: No, so long as the appointed redemption centre is able to ascertain the validity of any one of the winning entries the winner has provided and while stocks last.

Q12: How will a winner know if the prizes have been fully redeemed?
A: Customers are encouraged to visit our official website on latest availability of the stocks before proceeding to redemption centre.

Q13: Can I authorise someone to collect the Plushie Charm(s) on my behalf? 
A: Yes, you may do so. Your authorised person can present the screenshot of the winning Prize containing the unique redemption code to redeem. Do note that we will only honour 1 redemption for each redemption code.
