Q: How do I enjoy this promotion?

A: You must be an individual who is a primary accountholder of a UOB savings account^# in Singapore (the “Participating Account”) with valid mobile banking access via UOB TMRW app during the period between 15 October 2025 and 6 January 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”):

Simply follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Visit here or tap on Rewards+ in the UOB TMRW app​ to register your participation in this promotion. 

Step 2: Book a taxi ride via ComfortDelGro’s CDG ZIG app and ensure you select “Pay Onboard” before making the booking. Alternatively, you may opt for a street hail. 

Step 3: At your destination, launch UOB TMRW app and scan the QR code on the payment terminal available in the ComfortDelGro taxi to pay for your ride.

Note: Please pay the full fare at the point of payment, including the Admin Fee of S$0.30 (inclusive of GST). You shall be eligible to receive a cashback of S$5 in form of cash credit into your Participating Account if you have satisfied all of the conditions below in addition to performing all of the listed steps:

• your payment for the ComfortDelGro taxi ride via scanning the NETS QR Code on the payment terminal available in the ComfortDelGro taxi through the use of the Scan to pay function on your UOB TMRW must be successful; and
• your payment for the ComfortDelGro taxi ride must be successfully reflected in the transaction history or statement of your Participating Account^# with one of the following references indicating it as a payment for ComfortDelGro taxi ride:
  • Comfort Tax; or
  • ComfortDelG.

Q: Am I still eligible for the cashback if I did not register to participate?

A: You do not have to register if you are a New PIB User or a Dormant PIB User*. If you are neither, you only need to register your participation once between 15 Oct 2025 and 6 Jan 2026, both dates inclusive.

*“New PIB User” refers to a customer who does not have UOB Personal Internet Banking prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period and must have successfully applied for UOB Personal Internet Banking and set up UOB TMRW app during the Promotion Period. “Dormant PIB User” refers to a customer who has not logged-in to both his/her UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW app within the last three months prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period.

Q: Who is eligible for the double cashback?

A: If you are either a New PIB User or a Dormant PIB User, you are eligible to receive a S$10 cashback (instead of a S$5 cashback) for your first ComfortDelGro taxi ride during the Promotion Period, which:

• you successfully make payment for the ComfortDelGro taxi ride by scanning the NETS QR Code on the payment terminal available through the use of the Scan to pay function on your UOB TMRW; and
• your payment for the ComfortDelGro taxi ride must be successfully reflected in the transaction history or statement of your Participating Account^# with one of the following references indicating it as a payment for ComfortDelGro taxi ride:
  • Comfort Tax; or
  • ComfortDelG.

Q: Is there any minimum spend required to enjoy the promotion?

A: No, there is no minimum spend required for this promotion.

Q: Is this cashback promotion valid on a daily basis?

A: Yes, this is cashback promotion is valid daily from 15 Oct 2025 to 6 Jan 2026. Capped at a maximum of S$30 cashback per customer.

Q: When will I receive the cashback?

A: The cashback(s) will be credited within 2 months after the end of Promotion Period to your Participating Account^#.

Where you have two or more Participating Accounts^#, the cashback(s) will be credited into your Participating Account^# with the highest account balance.

If any of your UOB accounts  is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily suspended, cancelled, closed or terminated for any reason whatsoever before the cashback(s) is credit into your Participating Account^#, the cashback shall be forfeited and you shall not be entitled any compensation or payment whatsoever.

If you de-registered your UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW within two months after the end of Promotion Period, UOB may in its sole discretion forfeit the cashback(s), reclaim the cashback(s) or charge to and debit an amount equal to the value of the cashback(s) from any of your accounts with UOB without prior notice to you. If the monies standing to the credit of your accounts are insufficient to reimburse UOB, you shall immediately reimburse UOB for the value of the cashback(s) through such means as UOB may determine in its sole discretion.
