Businesses have transformed significantly and continue to do so to meet market demands & opportunities. New business formats and operational procedures will need to be transferred to both local & overseas partners to ensure brand consistency.
The objective of the PCP for Franchising course is to support companies in reskilling existing manpower (whose roles have been made redundant) or redeploying for franchise (internationalisation/business development/business expansion/business growth) related scopes (i.e. both domestic as well as offshores).
The course is also applicable for reskilling PMETs (new hires) for franchise related scope of work.
This programme caters to franchisable industries (including F&B, Education, Enrichment, Lifestyle, Retail, Services).

*6 modules (a total of 96 hours of curriculum training conducted online)

Module A: Franchise Strategy & Legal Considerations (2 days)
Module B: Franchise Systems & Technology (2 days)
Module C: Branding & Marketing in Franchising (1.5 days)
Module D: Franchise Financials, Relationship Management & Continuous Innovation (2.5 days)
Module E: Franchise Setup & Operations Essentials (2.5 days)
Module F: People Management & Communications in Franchising (1.5 days)
