2. shall not be responsible or liable for the acts or defaults of any Third Party or for the defects, performance, non-performance or deficiency of all or any part of the digital applications, services or the products by any Third Party on BizSmart; and
3. makes no warranty or representation on or assume any liability or responsibility as to the quality, defects, performance, non-performance, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the digital applications, products or the services within BizSmart.

UOB or its affiliates shall not be construed or implied as endorsing, recommending or favouring any Third Party digital application, products or services by reason of:

1. any inclusion of any digital applications, products or services under BizSmart; or
2. the promotion directly or indirectly (whether through it's or its affiliates' website or in any other manner) of any Third Party digital application, products or services by UOB or its affiliates.

Before deciding to subscribe for, purchase or use such digital application, product or service, please seek advice from your advisers and consider all aspects of the digital application, product or services (including, without limitation, the suitability, reliability and security of the same).

Any dispute relating the digital applications, products or services (including, without limitation, the quality or service standard) must be resolved directly with the respective Third Parties.

All costs and expenses payable in connection with the subscription and use of the digital applications, products or services under BizSmart shall be borne by the subscriber, user or purchaser of such digital applications, products or services.
