Revision to UOB Commercial Cards’ Annual Fees (inclusive of 9% GST)
With effect from 1 January 2024, UOB Commercial Cards Annual Fees (Credit & Debit Cards) will be adjusted due to the GST rate increase from 8% to 9%.
Revision to Rewards
With effect from 15 November 2023, please be informed that selected transactions will be excluded from the awarding of Rebates/UNI$ for UOB Commercial Cards. Please visit uob.com.sg/commercialrewards for terms and conditions.
Revision to Credit Card Prevailing Interest Rate
With effect from 1 June 2023, the prevailing interest rate for computing finance charges applicable to your card account will be revised from 26.9% p.a. to 27.8% p.a. Computation of finance charges reflected in your statement (including charges shown under Important Information to Note) will be based on the revised prevailing interest rate of 27.8% p.a.
Revision to Cash Advance Interest Rate
With effect from 1 June 2023, the effective interest rate for cash advance charges applicable to your card account will be revised from 28% p.a. to 28.5% p.a. Computation of the cash advance charges reflected in your statement (including charges shown under Important Information to Note) will be based on the revised cash advance interest rate of 28.5% p.a.

Changes to UOB Commercial Cards
