SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Is a business entity registered and operating in Singapore;
  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; AND
  • Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100 million, OR Company's Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore

Employers eligible for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits (SFEC) can also qualify for additional subsidies under the scheme.

The Cloud Server is fully hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud with data security measure. Besides that, we also integrated with SSL certificate on the website security. Info-Tech also obtain DPTM, MTCS (Level 2) & ISO 27001 certification.

Every customer will be assigned a dedicated Software Support Specialist to take care of their company account. We provide phone, email, online support & software updates. Classroom training is available on weekly basis, customer with valid subscription package is eligible to attend FREE classroom training at Info-Tech’s office.
