    2. upload or post any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters' or any other form of solicitation;

    3. upload or post any content that contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;

    4. distribute, modify, copy, transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise use Content without the written permission of the Content owner

  13. UOB reserves the right to remove any post or content that is not relevant and/or breaches the aforesaid terms and/or which UOB in its own discretion otherwise deems inappropriate. UOB shall assume no responsibility or liability arising from any post or content containing prohibited or objectionable content stated above. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend UOB in respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including all legal costs incurred on an indemnity basis, arising out of or as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in connection with your use of these channels and Content.

  14. UOB reserves the right to permanently block or ban individuals or groups from participating on our social media channels for any violation of the Terms or for posting any content which UOB in its own discretion determines is inappropriate.

  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

Any and all information submitted to the UOB Group through this website and/or the Services shall be deemed to be and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the UOB Group. The UOB Group shall be entitled to use, for any purpose and without any payment or compensation, any information including but not limited to ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques in whatsoever form provided to the UOB Group through this website and/or the Services.

Internet banking and mobile banking are fast and convenient. Customers have 24-hour access to their accounts daily, barring any technical halt. Internet banking and mobile banking can be performed anywhere, anytime and from any compatible computer with a modem and access to the Internet or mobile device with access to Internet and telecommunications services. Customers are presented with a unified picture of their financial portfolios with access to their desired level of information detail.

The main risks of Internet banking and mobile banking are the electronic theft of the customer's Username and Password, loss, abuse or unauthorized disclosure of information, including customer information, and the unauthorised removal of funds from the customer's account(s).
