As part of a regular review of our network, we would like to inform you that UOB Hougang MRT Branch will close with effect from Monday, 7 July 2025. The last day of operations will be on Saturday, 5 July 2025. We will continue to serve you at our nearest Hougang Mall, Serangoon Central or Bishan Branch. Our services are also readily accessible 24/7 through automated machines, phone or online banking.

The escalators located inside UOB Main Branch will undergo mandatory upgrading works from 9 June 2025, Monday to 11 August 2025, Monday. Kindly note that to access the banking hall located at the basement, visitors will need to proceed via staircase.

The branch will remain open and continue to offer full banking services throughout this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as you may experience minor inconveniences such as noise and slightly longer waiting times.

Our VivoCity Branch will temporarily relocate to 1 Harbourfront Walk #02-205 with effect from 28 April 2025, as UOB VivoCity Branch undergo renovations to serve you better in the long term. To minimise impact on our customers, the interim location will provide the same services as before. However, you may experience minor inconveniences such as noise and slightly longer waiting times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
