We are currently experiencing high demand and extended waiting times at our UOB Main Branch Gold Counter. To help plan your visit, we encourage customers to check the crowd situation via our link. Due to the surge in crowd levels, queue number issuance – both online and at the branch – may end earlier than usual. As an alternative, individual customers may purchase physical gold at the prevailing rate through our Personal Internet Banking and collect within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
