Minimum annual income of S$30,000 is required OR Fixed Deposit collateral of at least
S$10,000#.

Minimum annual income of S$40,000 is required OR Fixed Deposit collateral of at least
S$10,000#.

For both locals & foreigners: Female and be at least 16 years old. Hold a UOB Savings or
Current account. No minimum income requirement.
