Fit notes are used currency notes that are similar in quality to those from ATMs and may have fold lines or minor stains.

LNY Fit notes’ ATM allows you to withdraw Fit notes at your convenience, for the same duration as LNY New notes ATM, which is from 3 to 15 February 2026.

We have 4 LNY Fit notes’ ATMs set up at 4 locations. You can refer to our UOB LNY Website for the specific locations and operating hours. 

Please note that each customer is limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawals (including both New and Fit notes) throughout the entire period, based on 4 available options:

1. $2 notes x 50 pieces ($100)
2. $10 notes x 30 pieces ($300)
3. $50 notes x 16 pieces ($800)
4. $10 notes x 30 pieces + $50 notes x 10 pieces ($800)

This service is offered on a first come, first served basis, and is subject to availability.

Alternatively, we strongly encourage customers to gift e-Hongbao via PayNow or PayNow with QR code on our UOB TMRW app, which is contactless and convenient. By doing so, customers can avoid the increased physical crowd at our branches during the festive period.

LNY ATMs are exclusively set up for the withdrawal of New and Fit notes from 3^rd to 15^th February 2026 during the stated operating hours. For transactions other than withdrawal of New and Fit notes, please use other non-LNY ATMs that are available.

There are no fees associated with the use of our LNY ATMs.

This service is only available to customers with a UOB Savings/Current deposit account that is linked to an ATM/debit card/credit card.

You can withdraw up to a maximum of S$2,400 from the LNY ATMs, with a limit of 3 withdrawals per customer throughout the entire 14-day period, based on 4 available predefined options below:

3. $50 notes x 16 pieces ($800)
4. $10 notes x 30 pieces + $50 notes x 10 pieces ($800)

To ensure fair access for all customers, we’ve updated the withdrawal limit to 3 per person for the entire period. This helps to serve more customers during the festive period, while reducing long queues and repeated visits. We appreciate your kind understanding and continued support. 

Withdrawals can only be made using the 4 predefined options available on our LNY ATMs.

If you have completed 3 withdrawals and is attempting a fourth time, a message will appear on the ATM screen, indicating that you have reached the maximum number of note withdrawals.

No, each customer is limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawals, no matter how many cards or accounts they have for the entire period.

Each account holder gets up to 3 withdrawals. So for a joint account with 2 holders, that’s a total of 6 withdrawals, using each account holder’s own card.

Your daily ATM withdrawal limit depends on the amount that you have set and this includes NETS transactions. Do note that NETS, ATM withdrawals and third-party fund transfer limits will reset daily.

You may withdraw up to three times in total during the entire period, regardless of whether you choose New or Fit notes.

For example, if you’ve already made two withdrawals at a New note ATM, you can only make one more withdrawal at a Fit note ATM.

The LNY ATMs are specifically designed to offer our customers an additional option to withdraw LNY notes. Unlike regular UOB ATMs, these machines are dedicated to dispensing New and Fit notes, which are limited in supply. As such, we regret that we are unable to provide this service for 24 hours a day or at more locations.

Below are the alternative options that you may consider:

• Withdraw Fit notes: If New notes are unavailable, you can opt for Fit notes, which are suitable for festive gifting.
• Use eAngBao: Consider using eAngBao, a digital alternative to traditional red packets. This option is available via our UOB TMRW app and is convenient and environmentally friendly.
• Visit another LNY ATM: You can check the locations of other LNY ATMs that are nearby and visit one of them to withdraw New notes. For the full listing of LNY ATM locations, please refer to the table above.

Yes, LNY ATMs is an additional channel we have provided for your convenience. The existing online reservation system for physical collection of notes remains available for all customers.

Elderly customers who are aged 60 and above and persons with special needs can also visit our branches for the physical exchange of LNY notes on a first come, first served basis, and subject to availability.

You are not required to make any reservation as this service is on a first come, first served basis, and subject to availability.
