Escrow Account

We can accommodate two or more parties and set up controls for the escrow based on the requirements of all parties. The escrow account can be opened in multiple major currencies.

Money in the UOB Escrow Account will be safeguarded for all parties in every transaction, all of which are processed by a dedicated and experienced UOB team.

Track movements of your client’s funds and view daily reports with details of property transactions which may be downloaded or printed from UOB Business Internet Banking Plus (BIBPlus) to facilitate reconciliation of your accounts.
