I joined UOB Thailand in 2011 as part of the Management Associate programme. UOB heavily invests in their people and they provide opportunities to grow and hone my skills. Everyone is encouraged to speak up as our leaders in UOB listen to feedback from the ground to inform programmes and the decisions made.


I started in Group Channels and Digitalisation as a Service Executive during 2018 and it has been fulfilling. I have benefitted from growth opportunities and I am empowered to make a difference to customers. The upskilling courses and programmes have prepared me to foster strong relationships with clients and given me avenues to demonstrate my leadership skills.


I was part of the 2021 batch of the UOB Management Associate Programme and it has been a remarkable journey. I gained great support from my mentors, experienced work rotations to uncover my interests and was given opportunities to work on regional and international projects.
