UOB BizMerchant is an unsecured loan product for online retailers on e-marketplaces. To improve the customer experience, UOBT developed loan application processes that give customers easier and faster access to loans of up to THB 1,000,000 for 12 months. UOB BizMerchant uses insights from e-marketplace data to assess an applicant’s credit history and credit score to reduce the time taken to review a loan application from seven days to only one day.
