I did a live session about self-care and mental fortitude, shared 6 lessons I’ve learnt throughout the course of life that helped me stay sane. Also: whenever you can buy happiness, do it. It’s not about the grand gesture purchases, but the little things that keep on giving, like your favourite skin care, aromatherapy, tea, music... little things that help you create space on days where you feel like you have none.
