This holiday season, we’ve teamed up with Rosalyn Lee (@heyrozz on Instagram) for a 3-course festive meal of Loaded Smashed Potatoes, Spicy Sake Steamed Clams, and Pork Chops with Fig & Grape Agrodolce.
Ingredients all from Little Farms:
Mini potatoes, olive oil, and sea salt. Optional topping: Cream cheese and chives.
Ingredients:
Pasteurised and frozen Korean flower clams from 9s Seafood, garlic, chilli padi, sake and mirin (2:1), parsley, and chives.
Ingredients:
Ingredients: 1-inch-thick bone-in pork chops, fresh thyme, purple cabbage and red seedless grapes, all from TADA Fresh Market. Fresh figs, balsamic vinegar, and honey. (I dressed the purple cabbage salad in a simple Dijon, lemon juice, honey, and extra virgin olive oil dressing.)
