MorselsA former banker, Petrina graduated from the prestigious California Culinary Academy and immediately began cutting her teeth at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Atelier Cren, Bouchon and Spruce in the United States.
She returned to Singapore in 2013 and opened Morsels, where she presents a nourishing, soul-satisfying menu that incorporates traditional Chinese herbs in all her creations.
