For UOB Personal Internet Banking (PIB) customers, simply Log in to UOB Personal Internet Banking and click on Account Services > Manage Alerts from the left navigation menu and select "Unsubscribe" for the alerts you wish to unsubscribe.
For non-PIB customers you can complete this form to unsubscribe from UniAlerts for ATM and other banking services and submit it at any UOB branch.
