How to activate my new Credit/Debit Card?

You may activate your card via the following channels:

  • You will receive a One time password (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile phone number with UOB.

UOB Branch
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Original NRIC or passport of Cardmember
Mail (for printed Card Activation form)
  • Your 15/16-digit card number
  • Signature (as per Bank's record)
UOB ATM
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Credit/Debit Card PIN For new Card(s), the PIN will be mailed to you separately. Please ensure that your mailing address registered with UOB is updated. For renewal/replacement Card(s), please use your existing PIN.
