K-Kardio Dance is a one-hour Cardio dance workout to Kpop hit music that incorporates simplified MTV moves with a variety of fitness and dance elements like Aerobics, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Pilates and HIIT.
Intense yet engaging, K-Kardio Dance lets you have fun dancing at your own pace and intensity. Join us for a workout and feel like a Kpop star!
Suitable for participants of all ages, with or without dance background. Intensity of session can be varied according to individual preferences.
