Singapore residents between the ages of 18 and 59 years old can apply for InsureHealth.
For dependent child(ren) between the ages of 6 months and 18 years old, the parent/legal guardian must be the proposer. The age of dependent child(ren) may be extended to up to 25 years old if the child is studying full-time in a recognised institution of higher learning and is not married nor in employment.
Singapore residents refer to Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents or holders of a valid work permit, Employment Pass, S Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Dependant's Pass issued by the authorities in Singapore.

Yes, InsureHealth pays on top of your existing insurance policies, including your company's insurance coverage and MediShield.

This insurance payout is based on the number of days the hospital stay lasted for; therefore, the Policy will pay a Daily Hospital Cash Benefit of S$100 x 4 = S$400 for the Classic Plan.
If the hospital stay is less than 5 days, there will not be any payout under the "Post-Hospitalisation Allowance".

Yes, you will be covered if you are hospitalised due to accident or illness while you are abroad.
Your premium will increase with your age. The premium you are currently paying is not guaranteed and may be adjusted based on UOI's review of this policy.
Please complete the eClaim form and submit your supporting documents to UOI within 30 days of hospitalisation.
Upon receipt of all the relevant supporting documents, it will typically take ten (10) working days to complete the claim assessment.
You can only submit a claim for the ICU cash benefit, and not both cash benefits, in this instance.
