Easily replace your lost / damaged card with step-by-step guidance, plus quick answers to your renewal / expiring card.
























A renewal card is automatically sent to you 2 months before your existing card expires. For example, if your card expiry is 06/26 (30 June 2026), your renewal card will be delivered to your bank registered mailing address by the end of April 2026. Click here to find out how to change your mailing address.
You may continue using your existing card until its expiry date.
If you wish to use your renewal card earlier, you may activate it using the available activation methods. For your security, please ensure you have received your physical renewal card before proceeding with card activation.
Once your renewal card has been successfully activated, your existing card will be automatically deactivated and can no longer be used.
Step 1: Login to UOB TMRW and tap on “Accounts”
Step 2: Select your debit or credit card that you intend to temporarily lock.
Step 3: Go to “Services’ and select ‘Lock card”
Step 4: Tap "Lock now" to proceed.
Step 5 Your card has been locked.
Refer to the UOB TMRW User Guide for more details.
Step 1: Login to UOB TMRW and tap on “Services“ tab.
Step 2: Under Profile, select “Address details”.
Step 3: Menu will be displayed with 2 options: Update residential and mailing address OR Update mailing address only. To update residential address, select “Update residential and mailing address”.
Step 4: This will display your current residential address (if any). Continue by tapping on “Update address with Myinfo”
Step 5: Your registered address with Myinfo will then be retrieved and displayed By default, the checkbox to update the same address as Mailing address will be checked. If you do not wish to update your mailing address, please uncheck the box. Tap on "Next" to proceed.
Step 6: Review the details and swipe right to confirm.
Step 7: As an added layer of security, you will be required to enter your digital token code to proceed.
Step 8: You have successfully updated your address.
Your mailing address update will be reflected when you submit a card replacement request.
Your card replacement is expected to be delivered within 2 to 5 working days for a local address, and 2 to 25 working days for a foreign address.
Yes, you will need to activate your replacement card when you receive it.

Your card is expiring soon. For your convenience, we have sent a renewal card with a new expiry date.
The expiry date for your supplementary card(s) is the same as your principal card.
As your card details have changed, do update your card details for relevant services below to ensure smooth usage of your card.
No, your existing UOB UNI$, fund transfer and instalment plans will not be affected.
The signature panel is no longer required as your UOB card is equipped with enhanced security features such as chip technology and 2FA authentication via the UOB TMRW app. Your card remains fully secure and can be used as usual.
