As an active partner in the development of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), we have supported businesses in leveraging JS-SEZ’s strategic advantages, from enhanced cross-border connectivity to streamlined trade and investment flows.

Since the bilateral agreements signed by both governments in January 2024, we leveraged our ecosystem of government agencies, trade associations, and professional services partners to accelerate cross-border investments.

Central to these efforts is UOB’s Green Lane launched with Invest Johor in 2025, accelerating cross-border expansion for companies with strong credentials. By offering faster onboarding, tailored financing, and access to regional ecosystem partners, the Green Lane will fast-track investments into the JS-SEZ.

Our commitment to enabling seamless investment into the zone reinforces our belief in the transformative potential of the JS-SEZ and its role in shaping an integrated and future-ready regional economy.
