Applicable to new accounts signed up by 31 December 2021, with a contract period of minimum 24 months. Up to one (1) month’s worth of electricity will be issued in the form of rebate and rebate is capped at a maximum of S$1,000. Rebate will be calculated based on the average consumption of 2nd and 3rd months’ bill and will be provisioned as a lump sum into customers’ Senoko electricity account in the 5th month’s bill or bills subsequent to that. Early termination charges will be reversed and chargeable if the full contractual term is terminated prematurely. Rebate is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
