How to qualify for Start Digital Pack:

  • Be an SME registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% local shareholdings;
  • Have group annual sales turnover of not more than SGD 100 million or have less than 200 employees;
  • Take up 2 solutions;
  • Must not have applied for any Start Digital Package through any other party;
  • Be applying for a Start Digital Package for the first time (i.e. have not applied for any Start Digital Package through any other party); and
  • Complete and successfully submit the registration form.

Digital Resilience Bonus

To help businesses become more resilient and adapt to new post-COVID norms, the government launched the Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB) as part of the Fortitude Budget. The Food Services and Retail sectors, which were more affected by safe distancing requirements, will be the first to qualify for the DRB.

As a supporting bank of this initiative, UOB can help you implement the baseline requirements of PayNow Corporate and e-invoicing, and unlock bonus payouts of up to S$10,000 when you adopt UOB’s digital solutions for your business, as qualified by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

From 1 June 2020 to 30 June 2021, businesses that adopt and use the qualifying UOB BizSmart’s solutions within the pre-defined categories, on top of the baseline pre-requisite solutions, will receive the bonus payout for that category. Bonuses will be paid out from August 2020 onwards.

  • Be an SME registered and operating in Singapore with least 30% local shareholdings;
  • Have group employment size of at least three local employees at the point of application;
  • Applicable solutions must be used in Singapore; and
  • Not be an existing user of the applicable solutions
