Invitation to UOB Infinity Workshop (Remote Training)

Thank you for choosing to bank online with UOB Infinity (digital banking for business). To help you get started on UOB Infinity, we have prepared two workshop agendas to suit your needs. These workshops will be conducted remotely.

Transactional Service

  • Training includes: Login, Infinity Secure Dashboard and Navigation, Account Services (accounts overview/account activities), Payment Services (single local payments, transfers, remittance, Pay & Transfer Wizard), Transaction Approval, Transaction Cut-off time, Corporate PayNow, Transaction Status, track payment (SWIFT gpi) and reports Trade Services (includes trade bill summary, letter of credit and import bill), Company Administration

Bulk Services

  • Training includes: Login, Infinity Secure, Dashboard and Navigation, Account Services (accounts overview/account activities), Creation of bulk transactions (GIRO payroll/payment/collection), Bulk file upload (GIRO payroll/payment/collection), Transaction Approval, Transaction Cut-off time, Transaction Status, track payment (SWIFT gpi) and download of return fate file, Corporate PayNow, Trade Services (includes trade bill summary, letter of credit and import bill), Company Administration
To register for the workshop, simply provide your details at least 5 working days before the workshop date.
