Terms and conditions
- Booking Validity: 9 Apr - 30 Jun 2013 and travel must be completed by 30 Sep 2013
- Prices shown are based on 2-to-go and to selected hotel accommodations only
- No deviation of any passenger throughout the journey is allowed
- All arrangements (such as air seats/flights, rooms/hotels and transfers) are subject to availability at time of reservation
- Fares quoted exclude all taxes and surcharges. All other incidentals shall be borne by the passengers and are subject to changes
- Waitlist reservations are not permitted and top up to higher booking class is not allowed
- All reservations must be confirmed and 3 days advanced purchase is required before departure
- Stopovers/Transfers: Not permitted. Exception: For fares to LAX, with stopover in TYO is permitted at a surcharge of S$200 for each stop
- For totally unused tickets, a cancellation fee of US$300 per ticket, a no show fee of US$200 per ticket and such other prevailing agency administration fees will apply
- Please note additional agency administration fees of S$75 and S$100 per ticket apply for changes and refunds respectively
- For partially unused tickets, any utilized portion of the package will be refunded subject to deduction of full published rates charges, cancellation fees and the prevailing agency administration fees
- For any cancellation, please advise UOB Travel Planners at least 48 hours before the departure date. Refund can only be made through UOB Travel Planners
