Promotional Interest Rates in Global Currency Premium Account are valid during the Promotional Period from 1 February 2012 to 30 April 2012, both dates inclusive.

All deposits placed in the UOB Global Currency Premium Account are subject to exchange rate risks and exchange controls which may have impact on the convertibility of the Accountholder's currency.

If the Bank subsequently discovers that the Accountholder is in fact not eligible to participate in this Promotion, the Bank may at its discretion forfeit the Promotional Interest or recover such interest from the Accountholder if it had already been paid to the Accountholder. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Bank should any Promotional Interest be forfeited by or repaid to the Bank.

In the event that the Account is closed within six (6) months from the account opening date, the Accountholder will be liable for early account closure fee of US$25.
