| The UOB ’Family Getaway’ Lucky Draw is open to Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents only (“participants”). To participate, participants would need to submit one UOB ‘Family Getaway’ Lucky Draw entry form between 4 July 2010 and 30 September 2010 (both dates inclusive) at any participating branch or roadshow. Each participant will be entitled to one chance at the UOB ‘Family Getaway’ Lucky Draw to win any one prize. The draw will be conducted on 12 October 2010 or such other date as determined by UOB and winners of the draw will be notified by 22 October 2010. The winner’s NRIC must be presented at point of collection of the lucky draw prize certificate (“Prize Certificate”). The Prize Certificate is not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen. | 1 | To redeem the First Prize the original Prize Certificate and the winner’s NRIC must be presented at UOB Travel. Redemption and booking for travel period must be made by 17 November 2010 or at least two weeks before departure date, whichever is earlier. Travel must be completed by 30 November 2010. The First Prize excludes passenger handling charge, fuel surcharges and other incidentals. Booking is valid for inside stateroom cabins only and is subject to availability. The First Prize and any ticket issued therefor are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind, and are not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen. Extension of the redemption and booking or travel period is not permitted. Refund/cancellation of any unused or partially used prize is not permitted. Subject always to other terms and conditions imposed by UOB Travel. |

The Second Prize and Third Prize redemption period is valid for 12-months from the date of issue by The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia, and is subject to availability at point of reservation. The Second Prize and Third Prize will not be valid during black-out periods (please check with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Reservations for black-out periods) and is not valid with other promotions.
