Membership Card
· Membership cards are the responsibility of the member and are valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
· Any loss or theft of the membership card should be immediately reported to the White Card management. An administrative charge of S$30 will be made to issue a replacement card. The replacement card will be delivered within 7 working days.
· Once membership is purchased, the member is bound to abide by the policies, terms and conditions of the card set by the White Card management team. The management reserves the right to cancel the membership when a member does not abide by the terms and conditions set in this programme. No refund on the membership fee and/or any form of compensatory measures will be extended.
Dining
· White Card privileges are valid only for a la carte food orders.
· White Card privileges are as follows:
- 2 persons dining- 50% discount on food
- 3 persons dining- 33% discount on food
- 4 persons dining- 25% discount on food
- 5 or more dining - 15% discount on food (up to a maximum of 12 people)
- 1 person dining- 10% discount on food
· 50% discount only valid with a minimum of 2 adults dining with 2 main course a la carte items ordered. In the event only 1 food item is ordered for sharing and there are 2 parties dining, a 10% discount is applicable instead of the 50% discount.
· The applicable discount is calculated on the total food bill only, excluding beverages, government taxes and service charge.
· White Card privileges are limited to one card per table, per party, per occasion and/or reservation.
· Discounts are applicable for unlimited visits.
· Meal periods and operating hours of member restaurants are subject to change.
· White Card privileges are only valid for dine-in customers and not takeaway or to-go items.
· Definition of party is a group of two or more persons dining at one table or more tables. Where there is a request for side by side or nearby tables, this will be one party and the one card per table/per party policy will apply.
· Certain restaurants may have specific terms and conditions which may overrule the prevailing discount structure.
Bar
· White Card bar privileges are valid only for a la carte of loose drinks.
· White Card bar privileges are limited to one card per table, per party, per occasion and/or reservation.
· White Card bar privileges are only valid for dine-in customers and not takeaway or to-go items.
· White Card bar privileges offer a 15% off drinks for White Card members (up to a maximum group of 12pax).
- Terms and Conditions

White Card privileges are not applicable with other discounts and promotions.
- White Card privileges are not valid on public holidays, eve of public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and during the Chinese New Year’s celebration period between the eve to the 15th day of Chinese New Year.

Discounts will only be extended on presentation of a valid membership card by authorized card holder. No discounts will be accorded if card is not presented, or used by anyone apart from the authorized card holder.
- Full payment must be made with a MasterCard that is also owned by the White Card member. For White Cards printed with a partner bank logo and a MasterCard logo, payments are to be made by a MasterCard issued by the corresponding partner bank only.
- White Card privileges are not valid when booking events.
- White Card privileges are non-transferable and only apply to the owner of the White Card.
- Ate Consulting shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the White Card programme.
- Any queries relating to the use of the card or its validity should be referred to the White Card management team whose decision is final.
- Information is correct at time of printing. The benefits, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn, with notice given to members, at the sole discretion of the White Card management team.
- All privilege discounts are calculated off the total food bill of a la carte orders only, excluding beverages, government taxes and service charge. Reduction does not apply to private dining, take-away items or events.
- Supplementary White Cards offered with every three successful White Card referrals will only be valid within the annual validity period of the referring member’s subscription .
- In the event of dispute, the respective management reserves the right to make the final decision.
