¹Terms and conditions UOB Lunar New Year Deposits Promotion ("Promotion"): The deposit must be made with Fresh Funds (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) and not funds transferred from existing UOB/FEB savings/current/fixed deposit account(s) or in the form of UOB/FEB cheques, cashier's orders and demand drafts. Additional Interest Rates only apply to Fresh Funds starting from a minimum of S$10,000 deposited and maintained at all times in any new or existing UOB Passbook Savings Account or UOB Uniplus Account (collectively the "Accounts") from 3 January 2012 to 29 February 2012 ("Promotional Period"), against the balance as at 31 December 2011. You will receive a maximum Total Interest Rate of up to 0.628% p.a. only on the Fresh Funds. ²Additional criteria to be eligible for this gift (the "Early Bird Gift") include the customer having to (i) complete and submit the relevant Participation Form at any UOB Group branch and (ii) consent to UOB earmarking such Fresh Funds for a period of 3 months from the date of earmark. The Early Bird Gift is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Each such Account is eligible for only one gift and eligibility shall be in accordance with the terms of the Promotion and while stocks last. ³To qualify for the "UOB Lunar New Year Draw" (the "Draw"), a minimum Fresh Funds deposit of S$10,000 shall be deposited and maintained in any Account at the time of the Draw during its Promotional Period. For all eligible Accounts, the chances for the Draw are awarded at account level to each eligible Account during the Promotional Period. One (1) chance is allocated for every multiple of S$10,000 (but not part thereof) of the respective Eligible Account's Monthly Average Daily Balance. There shall not be any two (2) winning accounts, in the Draw held by the same winning Accountholder, whether singly or jointly. The Draw will be conducted on 15 March 2012. Winners of the Draw will be published in a newspaper as determined by UOB within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw date and winners of the Draw shall be notified by post. UOB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and at any time and without giving prior notice or any reason, to vary/amend these privileges and/or any of the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or the Draw and/or terminate the Promotion and/or the Draw. The decision of UOB on all matters relating to the Promotion and the Draw shall be final and binding on all account holders of any of the Accounts and any other persons, including, without limitation, any decision to cancel or suspend the Promotion and/or the Draw. No correspondence(s) will be entertained.
