Q1. Can I use any UOB Credit / Debit Card to do the top-up?
- Only Singapore-issued UOB Credit / Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB) can be used to top up CEPAS cards at the GTMs.
Q2. How do I use UOB Mighty Pay to top up my CEPAS card?
- You simply have to launch UOB Mighty Pay on your phone, select the "Pay" function, enter a PIN or pattern, and tap your phone at the contactless credit / debit card payment terminal to complete the transaction.
  
  UOB Mighty Pay is compatible with any Android device with NFC support, running Android 4.4 or higher, and iOS device with iOS8.0 or higher.

Q3. How do I use Apple Pay to top up my CEPAS card?
- You need to hold your Apple NFC devices near the contactless credit / debit card payment terminal to make payment.
  
  Compatible devices include iPhone 6s, iPhone 6, iPhone SE and Apple Watch.

Q4. Are there any additional charges for using the top-up service?
- There are no additional charges applicable when using Singapore-issued credit and debit cards, or UOB Mighty Pay and Apple Pay, to top up the CEPAS card. However, interest fees and other finance charges to your card still apply.
Q5. Is there a limit to how much I can top up using the credit and debit cards?
- The maximum stored value of a CEPAS card is S$500.
  
  However, there will be a maximum top-up limit of S$40 per credit / debit card per day.
Q6. What do I do if the credit / debit card transaction, transaction by UOB Mighty Pay or Apple Pay fails?
- If the transaction does not go through, please contact the UOB Cards Hotline at 1800-2222 121 for assistance. Please also retain the printed receipt for verification purposes.
Q7. What do I do if the payment transaction has gone through but the CEPAS card value is not top up?
- If the top-up value is not reflected after the payment transaction is approved, please contact the UOB Cards Hotline at 1800-2222 121 for assistance during the pilot programme between 1 July and 31 December 2016. Please also retain the printed receipt for verification purposes.

Promotion is valid from 1 July to 31 December 2016 only. Valid with UOB MasterCard or Visa Card only. Limited to the first 20,000 eligible UOB MasterCard Cardmembers and the first 20,000 eligible UOB Visa Cardmembers who made a single top-up amounting to S$40 at any General Ticketing Machine (GTM) and which is successfully charged to the eligible card account and captured/posted on UOB's systems within promotional period. Limited to one (1) cash rebate per month per eligible Cardmember.
