Be assured of comprehensive coverage^2,5
- For as little as $1.20 per day³, PRUsmart lady II will cover you against a number of female medical conditions, procedures and reconstructive surgery treatments. And, for just another $1.00⁴ per day, you’ll get additional Maternity Risk Cover II for selected pregnancy complications and congenital conditions.
Up to $50,000 lump sum upon diagnosis
- A PRUsmart lady II policy pays out upon diagnosis of any of the covered female illnesses^5,6, including cervical and breast cancer (at the non-invasive stage). It also covers you against diseases such as Lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) and Rheumatoid Arthritis. PRUsmart lady II also offers protection even against agerelated illnesses such as osteoporosis. See table below for the list of covered illnesses.
Covers selected surgery and hospitalisation expenses
- Should it be medically necessary, PRUsmart lady II will help you supplement your treatment costs for a variety of female-related medical procedures, including lumpectomy (removal of lump in breast), hysterectomy (removal of womb) and mastectomy (removal of breast)^5,6.
Reimburses for reconstructive surgery and skin grafts^5,6
- If a mishap, major burns or skin cancer necessitate skin grafting or facial reconstructive surgery, or if a mastectomy calls for reconstructive breast surgery, you’ll at least have the comfort that PRUsmart lady II has it covered^5,6.
A comprehensive female medical checkup⁷ every two years
- When it comes to your health, there’s no such thing as being too watchful. Your PRUsmart lady II policy provides you with a biennial medical screening package⁷ at selected clinics. Tests include a complete physical examination, full blood count, pap smear, ovarian cancer marker test (CA125) check, breast and pelvic ultrasound (If applicable) and more.

⁴ Premium quoted is based on annual premium of $371.50 for a female age 25 next birthday for a 20-year term Maternity Risk Cover II with sum assured $10,000.
⁵The full list of benefits covered and their definitions, including terms and conditions, may be found in the product summary that can be obtained from a UOB Personal Banker. The benefit for each covered female illness, medical procedure reconstructive surgery, maternity care or surgical procedure shall be payable once only. Each covered event under the Maternity Risk Cover II is claimable only once per pregnancy. The total sum assured payable for all benefits (except for neonatal hospital care) is subject to a lifetime limit of 100%.
⁶There is a waiting period of 90 days or 10 months from the date of issue or reinstatement whichever is latest (depending on the benefit and cover). No benefit will be payable for events occurring before or within this waiting period (if any) or the survival period of 30 days (if any).
