UniAlerts is a free, value-added service that alerts you on your account activities. You can choose to receive alerts via email or mobile phone (SMS). Discover how each type of alert service can work for you.

Types of UniAlerts

For a UOB Personal Savings or Current Account Holder:
- Scheduled Bill Payment Status
  Alerts you on the status of your scheduled Bill Payment.
- Scheduled Funds Transfer Status
  Alerts you on the status of your scheduled funds transfer to your own or third-party UOB account, and other bank account payees. Note that alerts for scheduled funds transfer to other banks will be triggered three working days after processing date.
- GIRO Application Approved
  Alerts you when your GIRO application is approved.
- GIRO Scheduled Standing Order
  Alerts you three working days before the due date of your Standing Order.
- Latest Account Transaction Details Availability*
  Alerts you when your account details for the full month are available for viewing via UOB Personal Internet Banking.
  
  *Note: To enjoy this alert service, you need to submit a "Stop Sending Account Statement Request" through UOB Personal Internet Banking. The feature allows you to stop receiving printed Savings/Current account statements via post. However, you will continue to receive other UOB Banking advisories and correspondence through post or otherwise.
- SECURITIES Application Results
  Alerts you on the status of your SECURITIES application made through UOB Personal Internet Banking or UOB ATM.
- Notification Alerts
  Alerts you upon successful completion of the following transactions (above the threshold limit⁺)
      • Bill Payments
      • Funds Transfer
      • Remittance (Cashier's Order, Demand Draft and Telegraphic Transfer)
      • eNETS
  
  ⁺The default threshold for each transaction type limit will be set at UOB's discretion and may vary from time to time.
For a UOB Principal Credit Cardmember:
- Scheduled Cash Advance (via UOB Personal Internet Banking Funds Transfer) Status
  Alerts you on the status of your scheduled Cash Advance transfer to your own or third-party UOB account and other bank account payee. Note that alerts for scheduled transfer to other banks will be triggered three working days after processing date.
- Credit Card Payment Reminder
  Alerts you one calendar week before the due date of your UOB Credit Card payment.
- Credit Card Payment Received
  Alerts you on the Bank's receipt of your UOB Credit Card payment.
- Credit Card – Low Available Credit
  Alerts you when your total available credit is 20% or below the given limit.
- Credit Card – UNI$ Redemption
  Alerts you when you have successfully redeemed your UNI$ through UOB Personal Internet Banking.

To subscribe this value-added service, simply login to UOB Personal Internet Banking and click on Customer Service > Manage UniAlerts Settings to register your contact details and Customer Service > Manage UniAlerts Subscription to subscribe.
