Token-OTP

If you are not able to receive SMS or do not own a mobile phone, Token-OTP is an alternative option.

A Token Device is a small, key-ring sized, digital generator security device. Once Token-OTP is activated, you will need to use the Token Device to generate an OTP, which is required when you login and transact.

You can request for a Token Device by submitting a completed UOB Personal Internet Banking – Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Registration / Update Form (PDF: 110KB). Please allow at least 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application form for the Token Device to be sent to you.

If you have not registered for 2FA, you can only view basic account balance with no access to perform any online transaction.
