UOB COE Open Bidding Service (OCOE)

Existing Customers
Currently, existing access code holders are not issued with token devices for logging in to OCOE or performing bid submissions or revisions.

Letters will be sent out in October 2006 to all OCOE customers, containing information and instructions on the conversion exercise and how OTP-Tokens will be issued to access code holders.

Note: In view of the conversion exercise, please click here if you wish to update your company’s address.

OCOE will switch to 2FA mode in December 2006, in time for that month’s second OCOE Bidding Exercise (18 to 20 December 2006). Due to the time sensitivity involved in COE bidding, access code holders do not require further approvals with OTP-Tokens when making bid submissions or revisions.

New Customers
New OCOE customers will be issued with OTP-Tokens from November 2006 when new OCOE registration forms are introduced to cater to 2FA requirements.
