Evidence-Based Health Screening Packages

Evidence-Based Health Screening Packages and Targeted Optional Screening Tests for UOB One Cardmembers

The tests in NUH Evidence-Based Health Screening Packages are strictly guided by the "Clinical Guidelines on Health Screenings" set out by Ministry of Health. The aims of Evidence-Based Screenings are customization to individual's health conditions and needs, sieve out tests that are generally inaccurate and to allow health screenings to be more cost-effective.

Spirometry, a lung function test to detect any abnormalities of breathing (U.P. S$30), will be provided exclusively to the UOB One cardmembers, when they take up any of the Evidence-Based Packages.

Special rates will also be given to UOB One Cardmembers, simply inform the counter staff upon registration that they are entitled to the benefits mentioned above by presenting the UOB One card and also to utilize the card for payments thereafter.

- The Principle Card is S$60 per annum
- Free for the first Supplementary Card as long as Principal Card is valid
- S$30 for the second Supplementary Card

- You must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident and at least 21 years old.

- For Foreigners, a minimum annual income of S$60,000 is required. If you do not meet the income requirement, a minimum Fixed Deposit Collateral of S$10,000 is required.
