All privileges are applicable to Principal Cardmembers only. All SingTel-UOB Platinum Cardmembers will not be eligible for UOB Rewards Plus and SingTel Loyalty Programmes (e.g. Red Rewards/Red Prestige Programme (RR/RP), whether upon or subsequent to the application of the Card (including any new account charged to the card). SMART$ will not be issued for roaming charges, GST, Audioline, Telepoll, 1900 Infoline, Directory assistance, equipment or service instalment charges, bill reminder fee, MMS, GPRS, *Send, IDEAS, all downloads (e.g. ringtones), Content Providers (e.g. Channel NewsAsia, MTouche) and all penalty charges (e.g. early termination, downgrade of plans, equipment penalties). All SingTel-UOB Platinum Card privileges are not applicable to employees of Singtel Group of Companies, on staff rate. Rates & Fees

Your Singtel-UOB Platinum Card comes with an annual fee that will be debited to your new card account. You will be pleased to know that the fee waiver on the Principal Card will be given as long as there is a SingTel Bill Recurring Payment charged to the card continuously for the past 12 months before the annual fee due date.

Requirements
- You must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident and be at least 21 years old
- Applicant must be an individual (non-business) SingTel customer. Both your SingTel account and Card must be registered under the same name. There must be one SingTel account charged to the Card on a recurring basis. Please call 1688 to consolidate your SingTel bills under a single account.
- A minimum annual income of
  - S$30,000 for Singapore Citizens/ Singapore Permanent Residents
  - Foreigners require a minimum annual income of S$60,000, or if you do not meet the income requirements, a Fixed Deposit collateral of minimum S$10,000 is required

What are the supporting documents required?
- ^ For CPF Contribution History Statement submission, the maximum credit limit is calculated based on the CPF salary ceiling of S$5,000 per month. Submit your Latest 12 months’ CPF Contribution History online via http://www.uob.com.sg/submitcpfstmt.html (SingPass required)
  
  * You can now print your Notices of Assessment at myTax Portal with your SingPass or IRAS PIN. The service is free. Log on to https://mytax.iras.gov.sg for more details.
- Mandatory Documents for Foreigners:
  In addition to the above documents, please provide
  - Employment Pass with at least 6 months’ validity; and
  - A photocopy of Passport with at least 6 month validity (Principal and Supplementary Applicant); and
  - Latest billing proof as per your local home address (e.g. telephone bill, utilities bill etc)
